Pay It Forward, have we thought about it? I let someone cut in front of me and then smile at them today. Just a nice gesture. I am still waiting for that opportunity that I can really help someone. I am reaching out for help myself. trying to find the fit with balance, work, etc. I have started putting all my thoughts on paper and it seems to really help me as I get those thoughts down on paper and it is not clogging my mind all day with negative or even positive thoughts. Helps me clear my mind!
Find something to help you relax and free your mind! How many journal? What do you do with the filled journals? I had plans to start on January 1 but did not however I am not that late in the year started on 2/15/12.
